A little bit about me.
Hi, I am Max Fellows. I have passionately spent the last 14 years working within the creative and events industry successfully building and growing agencies, brands and businesses, including co-founding Elevate - the industry’s largest mentoring and training provider. As an ambitious and people driven executive, I love working with both individuals and teams in order to deliver significant growth for your business.
I made the decision to move into full time consulting for a number key reasons. Given the current impact of Covid-19 on the creative industry, it is essential for businesses to adapt and develop in order to ensure not just business survival during these current turbulent times, but intentional business success beyond, in what will be the new normal. Which is where I come in. As an effective, entrepreneurial, and results driven exec I’ve a proven track record in driving business growth through a variety of skills sets and services which include, but are not limited to, increased profitability and sales, company culture and talent development, brand and market visibility and lastly operational excellence.
